UK Insurers and the Association of British Insurers (ABI) have urged homeowners to ensure their home and motor policy documents are kept in a safe place.
Anyone whose property is damaged should contact their insurer’s 24-hour emergency number as soon as possible, before throwing out any damaged belongings. As always, any of our clients that don’t have their policy documents to hand can contact us for advice.
